Application: Stir thoroughly prior to use. The product may be applied by brush or roller. If applying by bush, apply evenly following the grain of the wood. If rollering, use a nap mohair roller. To create a distressed look apply two coats in contrasting colours. Allow to dry then lightly abrade with moistened sand paper or a stainless steel scouring pad - abrade with the grain of the wood. Protect the effect with Rust-Oleum Furniture Finishing Wax. Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour. Hard dry in 4 hours. May be overcoated after 4 hours. Full cure achieved after 7 days - take extra care surface afterwards with water. If wax or oil has previously been usedon the item, clean the surface thoroughly with white spirit. If paintingover a hard or glossy or previously painted surface abrade the surfacebefore application. Limitations: For interior use only. Temperature at time of theapplication and during drying should be greater than 5°C. To ensurepaint suitability for your particular project test on a small inconspicuousarea first.
