Originally a solo project, collaborators now include Mark Barry (percussion, vocals), Miguel Briseno (bass, percussion) and Tom Renaud (guitar, vocals). The eerie vibes that permeate "Strange Trails" are a testament to Lord Huron's storytelling prowess. I don't really understand how Lord Huron remain so firmly under the radar (particularly here in the UK) as their music is so accessible and uplifting.

Two songs, the uptempo "Fool for Love" and the wistful ballad "The Night We Met," were released in anticipation of the 14-track album, which is due in the spring of 2015. The new record was written and produced by front man Ben Schneider and recorded at the band's own Whispering Pines studio in Los Angeles.Originally released in 2015, Strange Trails is the second full-length album from Lord Huron, following their debut LP Lonesome Dreams.
