About this deal

One of my grandmas was a romance reader so I read a bunch of her books in my teens and early twenties when visiting her, but then didn’t get back to the genre on my own until my early 40s, 7 or 8 years ago.

Readers today may find it a little too long at over 600 pages—and back then, the foundations of consent that are now commonplace in the 21st century were not at the forefront. You’ve got one book by Kate Canterbary, but what about her magnificent Walsh family series, starting with “Underneath it All”? Emily Henry: Let EmHen be your gateway romance novel drug – witty, smart dialogue, and a fresh yet relatable romantic perspective (Emhens unite). But then Robert, the Duke of Clermont, enters Minnie's life, and both of their secrets are at risk of being revealed. The first in an extensive repertoire of Singh's bestselling paranormal romance series, stand-alones, and short stories, Slave to Sensation is the introduction to her 15-book "Psy-Changeling" series.

It’s a turn that suggests a kind of fulfillment — emotional, rather than professional or social — that might be worth at least the carbon footprint required to document it in a book. She’s an introvert in a family of extroverts, a disappointment to her mother and with little in common with her sisters. Yet he is in conflict with the father of queen's new child, who is a powerful ambassador at the court.

Lauren is a serious bookkeeper at a theme park where it's always winter, which doesn't get quite the crowds as its more famous counterparts. Based on the true story of St Kilda, this novel takes the reader back to both island life and high society in the 1930s.I personally have been staying up too late with my kindle and am reading physical books at the moment (covers be damned! We use Google Analytics to see what pages are most visited, and where in the world visitors are visiting from.

I don’t read a lot of romance novels but can understand the appeal of the genre and of an books of the “unputdownable” variety. I really like that I can read my books here and I don't mind the adds over much but the way it only saves the last 20 read and deletes where you are in the 21st read is some BS!The Bodyguard by Katherine Center, That Summer and Big Summer (both by Jennifer Weiner), Shipped, and Lucy Score’s books (I liked Things We Never Got Over, the first one in the series but couldn’t get through the second one). In my teens I read all those mormon young adult novels (I think on their recomendation) – remember those? A couple is in the middle of a frantic verbal exchange that captures the heat and power of stark words. They are so good (and I’m not alone, all over the bestsellers list – her second is Meet Me At The Lake).
