Opening you get hit with citrus and as it dries down you get a nice watery citrus and it’s very nice and refreshing. The captivating freshness of the Missoni Parfum Pour Homme is inspired by a Mediterranean landscape warmed by the sun. I find myself liking this more and more, as the citrus doesnt give me a migraine like most citrus frags. Bold and stimulating, woody facets of oak and patchouli warm the base, creating a dry down that is deeply masculine and sophisticated.

It does also give me the resemblance of a nivea after shave, but that if I want to be very harsh on it. Picked up mine today and just sprayed it on my hand to test it, it reminds me also of Diesel Only the brave, which also reminds me of VPH, anyways it's a tad sweeter than I expected but I dig it and most importantly it performs! Lasts a long time and projects like a beast for the first two hours and then quites down but still ever present. Overall I do like this scent, but am disappointed because I believe that it just doesn't work for me overall. In the air it's almost 90% VPH (which I'm not a fan of) but on skin (at least on my skin) it develops as a nice fresh and clean blue fragrance.And it turned to be my favorite out of the six bottles, or perhaps a split favorite with Valentino Uomo. I’ve not tried Chanel Allure Sport but have tried Versace Pour Homme and whilst there are similarities, I don’t think they’re too close. I don't know what the profit margin is on Missoni Wave, but for the money, it's better to go with Versace Pour Homme. Overall, while I will miss the opening of BdC, I believe Missoni's rendition is slightly more refined and balanced. While some people compare it to Xerjoff Uden, I think they're quite different when you smell them side by side.Drawn from a new palette of colours, it has the potential to be at once a confrontation and a dialogue with the modern missoni man. Thank goodness the bottle is little so I can take it with me to blind others with kindness while letting them use this up with me lol. The bottle and magnetic cap give the presentation an expensive feel to it, reminds me of a rum keg off a pirate ship. Mass appealing, "generic", super fresh, super versatile, moderate lasting projecting blue fragrance, that I LOVE, Especially when you get an EDP for less than a 50 that has a cool bottle with a mag cap! Smell profile: In the initial blast it was very sharp like only grapefruit/lemon and lavender that made me think it was BDC edt concentration but as this stuff settles it is definitely giving me a huge vibe of the BDC EDP concentration.

I find that i wear the Missoni for general daytime use and put on BdC edt for evenings out/socialising. So I got this , gave it a full wear and I had to come here cause no where else you get the cluster, concentration of reviews from people who know enuff to come here. Opens as an aromatic, synthetic marine aroma with a hint of something spicy like pepper and also some sweetness. On the other hand, my Luna Rossa Ocean seems to have really poor chem Sure, you may not like the fact that it rides so close to Chanel in terms of overall composition, but stops just shy of being a clone by doing something different with the style Chanel can't offer, and that thing is refinement.The aroma is very pleasant and as many have already mentioned, it is similar to Allure Homme Sport (one of my favorite aquatic fragrances) and Versace Pour Homme.

I don't know why incense isn't a note, but I mostly smell smoke, birch, lemon, grapefruit, and ginger. On me it dies down rather quickly and while doing so the scent is very linear, not much going on here.I feel this is a great substitute for when you don't want to fork our the extra dough for Bleu de Chanel. Very similar, not low quality (only slightly more generic and synthetic), similar performance (with more dosage) and dirty cheap. l was smiling ear to ear because this straight-up smells like a mix between bleu de Chanel EDT and the EDP and a touch of the soapy Dylan blue vibe in the background.
