The General Wine Company is a family-owned and operated wine merchant in Liphook, Hampshire, England. Sourced from smallholders in the vicinity of the town of Shakisso in Guji Zone, Southern Ethiopia, these handpicked Speciality coffees are grown in the shade of the natural forest, free from pesticides and fertilizers.By cold brewing for 24 hours, we extract the intricate flavours through gentle diffusion, signing off the coffee’s long nurtured journey from farmer’s field to glass.
