About this deal

It is definitly an excellent complement to the book "Self Discipline the Neuroscience" by Ray Clear. One of the best personal growth books I have read so far this year, this book as the best tips on how to overcome procrastination. When you give in to one distraction and stop being productive, then you will give in to another distraction, then another.

Key takeaways on productivity include finding the sweet spot between perfectionism and slacking, how to read 100 books a year, how to eliminate distractions, and the importance of taking time out to read, rest, and reflect. While reading, I personally felt that few things required more elaboration for clarity but it had a hard stop. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. If you know about the author and have been following his articles, then this book would feel so repetitive. You can improve your productivity, boost focus, and overcome procrastination without sacrificing your mental health. All of these can damage parts within your phone and make it unusable or non-responsive just when you most need it.

Step by step, over the past few years, I have implemented many of these in life and they proved to be helpful.

The Do it today book can help you overcome procrastination by changing your focus from putting off to taking action right away. He quotes Wallace D Wattles to drive home an unconventional point: "You get rid of the thought of competition.

It’s truly a lifestyle, and one that’s not only rewarding but also good for your health, career, and relationships. The writing is very easy on this and the tasks can be ticked when they are completed, this amazing book will keep you organised everywhere you go. In our free world, we can do what want, spend time with people we like, and have a career that gives us joy. J’ai aimer ce livre, c’est comme une petite bible de chevets qui nous rappelle les choses essentielle de la vie, la croissance et le monde qui nous entoure. It is the authors path and blueprint for overcoming the endless procrastination, improving productivity, and getting more meaningful things done. In most cases I find the point of view stated here to be quite interesting as it convinces you that done is better that perfect. Some truth bombs this book provides and the earlier we read this book, make the most out of it everytime we read a chapter it will be so worth it!

For the past few days, I spent several hours to re-read the book after all this time to see whether it needed updating. The book gives useful tips and motivates to overcome laziness and procrastination, because these two are very often combined. Procrastination is the act of putting off tasks or decisions that need to be made until the last minute.Tasks that are both important and urgent should be done first, followed by tasks that are important but not urgent, and so on. You no longer wish that you had a perfect office or the best resources in the world, you will be highly productive with what you have. Deciding to read one book over the other might seem small to a reader with so many options, but to me, the author, it means everything.
