This book made my son and I laugh out loud not because it was funny but because of the sudden violence. Small was a really big jerk and liked to say awful things about how Little Miss Trouble was just a stupid, weak girl or liked to harass her by whistling at her as she walked down the street or told all of his friends about how she put out on the first date). The Mr Men and Little Miss characters remain a cultural phenomenon, whose impact is felt far beyond the nursery bookshelf. When I showed my sister MLP the picture of RJP on this blog (with her troublemaker t-shirt on) she said, “Hey, that’s Little Miss Trouble! Why couldn’t Little Miss Trouble be trouble because she kept asking too many interesting questions or because she refused to follow rules that she felt were unfair? com, the Sell on Etsy app, and the Etsy app, as well as the electricity that powers Etsy’s global offices and employees working remotely from home in the US. It is good for mid KS1 children to read because it contains a lot of dialogue and this helps to understand and introduce speech marks (which I found to be a big issue when working with KS2).

The use of onomatopoeia builds real excitement which for KS1 children is important to hold their attention as they can tend to wander! This is another little miss character that you see on t-shirts a lot, and it is another great little read. Now, I don’t know how to redeem Little Miss Trouble as a good troublemaker (although maybe there is more to the story that we don’t know. In the end, everyone learns a valuable lesson that lying to get other people in trouble is hilarious, as long as they don't find out it was you.

I should have reviewed “Little Miss Bad” and “Little Miss Trouble” together because they seem like the same thing title wise to me, but I didn’t so I guess move on right? He spent a year working in his father's laundry and dry-cleaning business before starting out in advertising. It can be used to open a line of discussion about how the characters name is Little Miss Trouble and question what kind of trouble she made and how it affected others. When Little Miss Trouble decides to cause trouble for lots of the Mr Men, she soon gets a taste of her own medicine!

I never remember reading them as a kid and I can’t find many of the little books in the local library.
