I mounted the drive and started the PC, the MiniTool Partition Wizard worked perfectly cloning the drive in under an hour and after it was complete I switched the connection from my old internal 1TB to the new 240gig Crucial SSD and started the machine again and it worked perfectly no issues what so ever. As soon as I set up and installed the SSD as my boot drive (I previously had a HDD) I noticed an immediate improvement in loading times and general performance.
