About this deal

The MT-196 is the most impressive treadmill in the BodyTrain product line. It is still reasonably priced and provides a huge amount of value for money when compared like for like against other models at similar prices. If you are looking for a true budget option from BodyTrain then their BPM folding treadmill is one option – however that model isn’t in the same league as any of those reviewed here and the T600 is pretty budget in its own right considering its features, build quality and usability. There is also the incline setting of 15% included, the pulse sensors on the handlebars, the 3.5mm MP3 input device and of course the holder for you tablet or phone. If you're a bit budget-conscious and looking for a cheap treadmill that does what it says on the tin, then the Citysports Treadmill is a great affordable option with all the basics you'll need to get started. The centre console is impressive to look at. It displays all the data you need as well as your heart rate, which is measured by the pulse rate sensors that are conveniently located just below the centre console which is slightly different to the other BodyTrain models. We found the heart rate sensor readouts to be pretty much in line with our Whoop band and Polar heart rate monitors, which was pleasing to see.

The F30 XTI can hold a maximum user weight of 130kg which is an additional 30kg than the other models we tested and this shows in the build quality. The other models are perfectly adequate but it is clear the F30 is a step up in class – in all respects. All in all, the BodyTrain Stride Master is an excellent budget treadmill that does the basics really well and is comfortable to use. There are a number of benefits to having a treadmill in your home, particularly if you're someone who struggles to get to the gym or find time to exercise.

For starters, unlike the treadmills at your local gym, they are available 24/7 whenever you have a bit of down time or just want to stretch your legs. This machine is the heaviest of all those we tested at 80kg but is still easy to move around thanks to its storage wheels and is fully foldable for ease of storage. Verdict Though there is clearly some stress reducing suspension on the T600 model, the T900 model takes this to a new level and we felt a marked improvement in the way the suspensions performed on this version. It is not too bouncy, nor too firm, and you can without a doubt feel the difference when compared to running on hard outdoor surfaces such as tarmac. The T900 Elite from BodyTrain is very similar to the T600 in terms of both its specs and its price point. There is a maximum user weight of 100kg which might be limiting for some users (for those over 100kg take a look at the F30 XTI) but for those who fall under that limit then this is a good option. The four models we have selected for testing and review are all foldable so they are ideal for your workout space at home and will require minimal space when you are not working out. We have selected a range of models from the least to the most expensive, and as you might expect this means there are a range of different features and difficulty levels. BodyTrain BPM Folding Treadmill The top speed of this machine is 16KPH which should more than suffice for all but the most elite of users – and as far as casual home cardio goes then this model is more than up to the task. Hello once again and welcome to this BodyTrain Treadmill Review which will cover 5 different models under the BodytTrain brand so at least you have more than just one choice when it comes to making a final decision.

Similarly, mid-range and top-end treadmills have more powerful motors capable of reaching speeds up to 22 km/h, roughly twice the average jogging speed. Maximum Weight There are 9 preset programs to choose from on this model which means the software is slightly different, but what you gain is the ability to configure 3 user programmable modes which can then be saved and returned to whenever you choose. This is a really nice feature and something that is usually found on more expensive models. The Strider T600 is incredibly well built and has quality components on the inside as well as the outside. The external housing is solid and the 58kg unit feels stable and substantial when running – including when using the powered incline at its full 15% incline. The frame itself is not the most sturdy, but as you won’t be running you shouldn’t need it other than to take your pulse rate. There is a convenient tablet/phone holder above the display which is ideal for playing music or a tv show while you increase your steps. You are limited to a maximum speed level of 12 km per hour where many other treadmills we see operate up to 16 and even 20 km per hour. The motor here has a lifetime guarantee which gives you additional confidence and can be folded away easily. Please note also that it has transportation wheels to make it easier to move around your home.
