Similar in scent to the original white soap. A comforting floral with fresh aldehydic top notes accompanied by gentle floral notes of rose and jasmine. The base is composed of musk, moss, woods and a hint of sweet buttermilk. DREAMS LAUNDRY I actually have a big (180 load i think) bottle of Downy April Fresh, (about 2 years old) so will compare the scents. April Fresh is one of my faves of all time, but interestingly, I can't recall it being similar to yellow Bold- but can only just recall that scent. A fresh fougere fragrance opening with orange, bergamot and apple leading into a heart of rose, neroli and orchid supported by pine and resting on a base of precious woods, vetiver, patchouli, amber, vanilla and musk. GOLDEN ORCHIDS The scents used include rose, hyacinth, muguet (Lily of the Valley), patchouli and white cedar. Initially, you’ll be hit with the flowery odour, but as time goes by your laundry will take on a more woody scent.

A fresh creamy mint fragrance with coconut tones, hints of spices on a buttery base. MISS DESIRABLE An oriental floral accord with notes of rich oudh, velvety rose and geranium. A touch of praline gives an addictive hook whilst the base of dark cedarwood, sandalwood, vetivert, and amber provides a distinctive long lasting finish. ROSE & PATCHOULI A fondant aroma of delicate edible blossoms frosted with sugar crystals on sweet vanilla icing. SUMMER BREEZE An opulent floral fragrance opening with fresh aldehydes followed by fruity peach nuances and sweet mandarin orange supported by a floral heart of damask rose, white lily and hints of ylang, orange blossom and jasmine. The base is composed of rich amber, soft musks, creamy vanilla and tonka. SPICED APPLEA modern fresh fruity floral fragrance with mandarin sorbet, sweet apple blossom and lotus leading to a heart of magnolia, jasmine and violet resting on a heart of creamy woods and musk. DETOL TYPE A soft vanilla fragrance, with hints of coconut and white floral notes, on a base of sweet musk. SOFT TOWELS

As for skin have never heard of OBAs causing health risks per se; if they could penetrate the skin to that degree the things would be classified as a drug. The main gripe with OBAs from some is that they "attach" or whatever to skin. This may be true but is also rubbish. We all shed cells as that organ self renews; whatever residue from OBAs would soon enough be sloughed or whatever off. Re the pods, yes agree, I have noticed that the Pods tend to be the strongest scented. I find the Pods and Gels to be the sudsiest too (whether Bold/Ariel/Fairy) - so maybe they just don't rinse out the same. I feel the same about Ariel lol, there's no specific reason why I choose it, I just do. I will normally choose Ariel, Surf, Fairy or Persil, and sometimes supermarkets own (normally though this only applies to Aldi/Lidl detergents). Dryer sheets can limit the static on your clothes, and can make you garments smell nicer and feel softer. However, you don’t have to use dryer sheets in a tumble dryer. You can make do without dryer sheets just fine. A fresh citrus aromatic fragrance with top notes of bergamot, lemon and earl grey tea leading to a watery floral heart of jasmine, angelica and soft florals with a base of musk, amber, cedar and soft woods. Similar in scent to the fruity fizzy drink with a totally tropical taste. A sweet juicy tropical accord with pineapple chunks blended with freshly sliced mango, pear and peach skin. LOST RED BERRYSimilar in scent to a fragrance by a lush bath and body product company in the US; A vibrant sweet fruity accord with notes of bubblegum, banana, pear drops, musk and vanilla with sweet candyfloss. SNOW WHITE A soft floral Oriental accord with cool opening notes of soft bergamot, cooling green leaf and nuances of geranium and freesia. The heart is soft and calming with white lily, orchid, rose and iris all resting on a sensual base of vanilla, musks, patchouli and amber. FAIRY LAUNDRY Regarding Surf, it isn't that I dislike it, it is just for some reason Surf and Daz tend to be the last one's I chose not even 100 percent why. Similar in scent identity to a designer brand fragrance. A crisp mouth-watering rhubarb fragrance smoothed by tea rose and hints of pineapple resting on a base of musk, velvety woods and dry fruits. ROSE GARDEN I saw in a post of hers that she said she will buy any biological powder, but the one she buys depends on which one is on offer. It must be interesting to work in the laundry sections of either Unilever or P&G, testing out new formulas, fragrances, stain removal capabilities etc.
