In the absence of the store manager, variances and banking issues must be dealt with as per company guidelines In the absence of the management team, ensure that staff are at the store a minimum of 15 minutes before it is due to open and be ready to trade at the specified time You are always required to maintain excellent standards of presentation and cleanliness in the shop, in line with the store layout sheet.
